The Woleta and Endeley families, regret to announce the passing of their beloved sister-in-law, Iya Sabina Namondo Woleta. She passed away on the evening of Tuesday, 26 April 2005, at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, USA.
Sabina started complaining of severe back ache about three weeks ago. On Monday, 11 April, she was admitted to the hospital. After a battery of tests, she was diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoma, a deadly form of bone-marrow cancer.
Fako America continues to mourn the death of one of its member, Dr. Mbangu Musoko. Iya Mbangu died at 1:30 a.m. on July 9 in Ohio. In a funeral service organized on her behalf on Saturday July 24, 2005, Fako America (FA) was officially represented by FA Secretary, Mola Fike Monono. Several other FA members were in attendance to mourn and comfort the family. In addition to sending flowers, Fako America also made a financial contribution of $2,000.00 to the family. We continue to pray for the family and wish our departed member perfect peace. Below is the speech presented by FA Secretary during the funeral service:
