Fako America has evolved in all aspects including its mission and goals. Projects have been accomplished in the spheres of education, culture, health, and other charity, in both Fako Division and the USA. Currently its evolving mission includes:
1. Health Care

Promote Health care Screenings and Education
Provide Medical supplies and Equipments to Local Health Care Centers
Provide Local Healthcare Centers with First Aid Medications
COVID - 19 supplies for local villagers

2. Education

Scholarships and Financial Aid
Infrastructure Development (particularly in Fako Division of the South
West Region, Cameroon)
School Supplies

3. Fako Culture: Preservation and Promotion

Singing Competition: Group and Individual talents
